First off, don't be scared by the title. I did NOT come up with 'hot butt'.
Second, I won't name names. But for those who were there... they can name the name if they so wish.
Anyways. So Sunday after choir some of us were just hanging out near the kitchen and talking about dating. As the Singles in Fairbanks know we were kind of grilled about dating in Sacrament Meeting. And so 5 or so of us were sitting around talking about it. We talked about how each sex communicates differently and thinks differently. And why guys are afraid to ask girls out and such. You remember the April New Era? No? Well, check it out: http://www.lds.org/ldsorg/v/index.jsp?locale=0&sourceId=f83106c7b9097210VgnVCM100000176f620a____&vgnextoid=434544f8f206c010VgnVCM1000004d82620aRCRD.
We had a bunch of those sitting out and we each grabbed a copy and started going through almost page for page agreeing and disagreeing with what was in the magazine. AND discussing the topics. We talked for almost an hour. Then one or two of the people had to leave so we decided to relocate.
We went out into the little foyer area by the missionary board. There were a few more people out there. Can you guess what we started talking about? Yep. Dating.
One of the guys that had been in the discussion near the kitchen sat in one of those nice comfy chairs and kept the conversation going. Then one of the girls voiced that she was still hungry so the guy got up and ran to get her more food. And I thought 'Hey, look, an open seat. I'm going to take it.' As I went to sit down I decided to sit kind of Indian style on the seat, so my leg touched the seat first. As my leg touched, I jumped right back up. That seat was HOT! The guy had only been sitting for maybe 10 minutes but he warmed that seat right up. And thus, he will forever be 'hot butt'. The girls went to inform him right away that he had a 'hot butt' that 'makes girls jump'. Silly. And of course I walked in to the kitchen right as they were telling him that. And then they all looked at me and I turned bright red. And had to run out of the room from embarassment, and I was laughing so hard that I was crying and choking. :)
And I had to run out again about 10 minutes later. But wait, it gets better. Time for the lip action story (in the next post).
