Even more reasons to love Christmastime!!!

I know it's still a few months until Christmas but here are some reasons why I love it.. especially why I'm excited for this Christmas! :)

• People are more charitable.. why can't we be like that all year long? :)
• Even though most of the world see Christmas as a time for presents there are still lots of people and programs talking about Christ and all that He did for us while He was on the earth.
• Christmas cards & newsletters! :) Who doesn't love them?
• I live in Alaska & it's gorgeous. I have a white Christmas every year, even if it is cold. But I wouldn't have it any other way.
• Christmas music!!! Their my favorites, after church songs of course. But I love listening to Christmas songs. Not even going to lie, I'm known for doing some kind of work or schoolwork during the summer not being able to find something I want to listen to and then popping in a Christmas CD. It's the best listening to Christmas songs during the summer and making cookies!

But this Christmas season is going to be extra special for my family. Any guesses why?

Our grandmas are coming to Alaska!

My dad's stepmom is coming the end of November for my parents' anniversary and then my Mom's mom will be here for Christmas!!!

I love Christmas. We've never really been able to celebrate Christmas with relatives before. At least, not with grandparents. I wish I could have had a Christmas with my grandfathers as well but I didn't so I'll enjoy this Christmas season with my grandmothers. And I'll have to be sure to do something especially nice for the only grandmother that won't be making it to Alaska this winter.

I love my relatives! I'm excited to be in Utah hopefully in January so that I can get to know them all better. :)
