Life Changes.. Again! :D

I've pretty much accepted the fact that for the next few years my life will be ever changing. It's fun at times not really knowing for sure what will happen next. But sometimes I really do just want to fast forward.
My biggest thing about not knowing where I'll be in a year is I don't know where to apply for work or where I can do service.
For the past 3 years now I've been wanting to be part of Big Brothers Big Sisters.
Senior year (2008-2009) the program really sparked my interest. BUT I didn't hear about the program and get interested in it until February or April of 2009. And I thought I was going to be at BYU-I fall of 2009. Big Brothers Big Sisters wants a one-year commitment. I didn't think I'd be in Alaska that long so I didn't sign up.
Last summer I realized I wouldn't be going to BYU-I in September. But I thought I'd be going in January of 2010. So I still didn't sign up to be a Big Sister.
About a month ago Big Brother Big Sister came and talked to the Singles Branch. I really want to sign up again. And you know what? This time I think I will.
Most of you are thinking: wait you're going to LDSBC soon aren't you?
My answer: I don't know. I actually found something really amazing online today!
UAF has the same major that I would go into at LDSBC. The only difference? LDSBC is an Associate's program. UAF is a bachelor's.
I just discovered this today. So nothing's set in stone. And I really haven't had time to think and pray about this yet. But maybe I'll be staying in Alaska for the next 4 years. :D
Not even going to lie, I'd be fine with that. And if I stay in Alaska, I could start classes in January! If I went to LDSBC I'd probably have to wait until next September.
Another big life changing thing. My last post was about starting my dating career.
Well, it's taking off! :D
Not to brag or boast but.. I have a date every weekend for the next month!!!
I'm so excited for this chapter of my life.
I really am.
Let me tell you, you can learn a lot from what other people say about dating and watching couples. But I'll be able to learn and mature even more by actually dating.
I finally have my first date on Saturday. Yep. The first one.
I've had 'dates' before but they were spontaneous. This is the first one that was actually arranged beforehand. And, funny story, I asked him! And when I asked him out the Branch President was standing right there cheering me on!
:D I'm super excited for this next chapter of my life. Especially since I know that it really is starting now! :D
